Control Your Privacy & Stay in Touch
RNLL takes very seriously its responsibility to protect your online information and to make every effort to ensure the information you share with us is only used for official league communication. We also want to make sure that we have the latest contact data for you so we can keep you up to date on league news.
The RNLL web site provides the tools for you to both control what private contact information can be shared, and to keep that contact data current so the league can stay in touch with you.
What RNLL Does with Your Information All personal information you submit online is stored on our secure server and is not shared with any third party not affiliated with National Little League organization. RNLL uses your contact information strictly for league communications regarding events, registration, and other important news our members need to know about. We also are required to submit player names to National Little League and to District 9 as a requirement of our charter.
The only RNLL league officials with access to player information are the Registrar and the Webmaster. The league Secretary has access to email addresses in order to distribute news to the membership.
Each team in Majors, Coast, and AAA has their own mini-web site on RNLL.org and each team has a team password that your manager will share with you. With the password, you will have access to news, photos, as well as a team roster with contact information for the players and parents. This can be helpful in arranging carpools, snack schedules, etc. People visiting your team's site without the password will be able to see a list of the players on that team, but will not see any player contact information.
Take Control In the left-hand navigation pane is a link to "Edit My Account". By clicking this link, and signing in with your email and password, you will be presented with a form on which you can update your name, address, phone number(s), and email addresses. Keeping this data accurate ensures that you will always be reachable by the league and your manager for important news and notifications.
Next to many of the fields you will also see a checkbox. If the box is checked, that field will be displayed on forms like rosters. By clearing the checkbox you ensure that the corresponding field will not be displayed. For example, if you only want your home phone displayed on the team roster page, uncheck the boxes next to Cell Phone and Work Phone.
If you have any questions or problems with managing your account, email
